Mount Morgan State High School students are encouraged to participate in Rockhampton and District Secondary School Sports Trials. The 2022 RDSS Sports Calendar (link on right side of page) provides a quick reference guide for all sports and sporting trials on offer. Sports provide specific information relating to a chosen sporting trial date, time, venue and cost. Each competing student must return payment and a completed 2022 Parental Permission Student Medical Information RDSS Form (located on the right) to the Office prior to trials. Alternatively, blank permission forms can be collected from the Sports Co-ordinator.
The notice below notifies parents/carers about the new Process Permission Forms. Mount Morgan State High School will support parents/carers with this process. Please visit the school office and the Sports Co-ordinator or Principal.

Following a review around consent forms and the processes with consent form this year, we, as part of Capricornia School Sport are trialling a new process for 2023. Whilst meeting compliance, this will also begin the transition to a digital platform that Queensland School Sport are currently working towards and streamline the processes from school to regional level.
The representative school sport permission details booklet (consent form) has all the required documentation that schools / district / regions need for your child to participate in trials.
If you are unable to access or print, schools sport contacts will be able to assist. We encourage you where possible to fill the form out electronically to assist with eligibility and accuracy of the documents.
